Profilery is a cloud-based software designed for personnel service providers and consulting firms. It simplifies
the creation and maintenance of employee profiles and enhances their placement processes. Employees can update
their skills and project experiences directly in Profilery. Sales managers use these profiles to match employees
to projects and create proposals. By digitizing proposal management, Profilery eliminates media disruptions and
improves efficiency in placing skilled professionals.
Below you will find an overview of the features included in the Free, Standard, and Professional plans of Profilery.
As a modern web app, Profilery is accessed via the browser. This means you can access Profilery and manage your profiles from anywhere. The latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari are supported.
New users can be created, and existing users can be edited or deleted via the user management.
Predefined roles are available for you to assign certain rights to users.
No manual search in various documents. With Profilery, you can search and filter all profiles by the desired attributes, all in a simple interface. This way, you quickly find suitable employees for projects.
Create centrally managed projects that employees can add to their profiles. This allows you to keep an overview and increase your data quality.
Easily keep track of the skills available in your company. By assigning a skill level to each skill, you can see not only which skills are available but also who is already an expert and who has basic knowledge of the skill.
In skill lists, you can create lists that contain different skills - e.g. for different job roles. Employees can add skills from skill lists to their own profile with just a few clicks.
Easily keep track of which employees are in projects, for how long and when they are available.
Employees can enter various details about themselves here (length of professional experience, highest level of education and an "About Me" description).
Each profile can be personalized with a profile picture.
Employees can list their skills to showcase their expertise.
By specifying the skill level, employees can present their skills in more detail. This way, they can be found and utilized for projects more effectively.
Employees can record their language skills and the corresponding language level.
By listing certificates and certifications, employees can prove their qualifications and convince potential clients of their expertise.
Employees can enter their professional career and education in Profilery to demonstrate their expertise.
Especially in project-based business, it is important to present employees' project experience convincingly. In Profilery, the experience gained in projects can be recorded in addition to work experience.
In the "Sales Information" section, you can store information that is relevant for sales. This includes, for example, the availability or a brief description of the employee.
You can easily send prepared employee profiles via link to the client. This approach has several advantages over exporting. More details in the FAQs.

As part of a guided onboarding process, we support you with the introduction of Profilery in your company. Users are trained and receive an introduction to the functionalities of Profilery. Questions are answered and individual requirements are discussed.
We are happy to support you in migrating existing profiles to Profilery. Profiles can be delivered in formats such as PDF, Word, or Excel. We take care of the migration and ensure that the profiles are correctly displayed in Profilery. The costs depend on the scope of the migration and the format of the delivered profiles. We are happy to send you with an individual quote.
Starting with the Standard plan, you enjoy prioritized support: your requests are given priority so that you receive faster support for urgent issues.
In addition to the option of assigning predefined roles to users in the Free plan, you can also define individual roles in the Professional plan. This allows you to define precisely which rights individual users receive.
Employee master data is automatically imported through the connection to Personio.
Profilery can be integrated into the Single Sign-On (SSO) of Microsoft Entra ID, Google SSO, Okta, or OneLogin.
Upon request, we offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This regulates response times and the scope of support. This way, you can be sure that you will receive quick and competent support in case of a problem.
